The Recordist at the Shuffleton Steam Power Plant near Seattle, Washington USA.

Interior Pump Room

The Recordist and "Monster" Preparing to start up the water feed pump. This was about 2 floors down from the main deck.


The floor was slimey and the birds were chirping upstairs so we had to time the start-up just right to avoid "natural' noises.

Exterior Shot Shuffleton Exterior shot. this building has since been demolished to make way for an office park and residential/shopping spaces.
